On M.A.D.D it talks about how 50 to 75 percent of people who get caught drinking and driving keep driving even though there licenses has been suspended.this is a huge problem because the punish they are receiving is not good enough they keep getting in cars even though they don't have a licenses i think that the punish should be a lot more severe because you are endangering every one around you, you can kill people.

we need to find a way to prevent make it so those people who get caught cant drive.
